With a book revision by John Guare.
I'm calling it right now: this book revision won't succeed. It would require jettisoning the whole "accidental death on a rock" thing and the "I loved her so much the town came back" crap at the end. Alan Jay Lerner's daughter is producing, and I doubt she'd allow for such mammoth changes to these two crappy storyline points.
Edit: Nevermind; this is from April. A Google Alert linked me to this; didn't realize it was to an old Article. Guess that makes sense; why would a depression be when they re-reverse their decision to bring this to Broadway?
